
THE RUN
start area
The half marathon starts at the St. Gallen Athletics Center. Runners are asked to arrive early to prepare for the race. Please note the instructions regarding the starting line-up and follow the instructions of the course marshals to ensure a smooth start.
My Pace
To make the race exciting for everyone, we have set up different pace groups led by experienced runners. Join a group to run at your desired pace and get the most out of your half marathon experience. Running together is even more fun!
Medical
Paramedic teams will be on hand along the course and in the finish area to ensure the safety of all participants. If you need help during the race, please contact the nearest medical team or the helpers along the course. Your health and safety are our top priority.
hydration
There are several hydration stations along the route where water and electrolyte drinks are provided. Use these to refresh yourself regularly and stay optimally hydrated. Drink enough to support your performance and well-being on the route.

THE ROUTE
The route begins at the St. Gallen Athletics Center and leads participants through a scenic route with urban and rural sections. From the start, the route runs along Steinachstrasse. On Bachstrasse, the southern lane is reserved for runners. A lock system ensures a safe crossing of Lukasstrasse.
From Mörschwil, the route follows the route of the Mörschwil village run along Otmarstrasse to Beggetwil. Höchsterstrasse offers a special viewpoint with a view of Lake Constance and the surrounding DACH region. The last few kilometers lead through Brauerstrasse and Zilstrasse in St. and end again at the Athletics Center.
